Each student's Plan of Study must be approved by their advisory committee and Department Head, and submitted to Kathy Shelor, Graduate Program Staff Coordinator, no later than the end of your second academic semester.
Each student's advisory committee will meet at least annually to review student progress. The major professor will write a summary of committee recommendations and submit this to the Department Head no later than May 15.
This should be completed by the student and submitted prior to the Annual Evaluation committee meeting.
Attach to each thesis draft when it is submitted to advisory committee members.
